Binding Agreement
By accessing okbazee and creating a player account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with okbazee. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform and supersede all prior understandings, verbal or written.
Age Verification
Only individuals aged 18 years or older are permitted to register and wager on okbazee. The platform reserves the right to request identity documents at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 18.
BDT Payments
All financial transactions on okbazee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (B DT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed in under five minutes on average.
Fair Play Certified
All casino games offered on okbazee use certified random number generation technology supplied by independent, internationally recognised game providers. No game outcome on the platform can be manipulated by okbazee or any third party.
Bonus Transparency

01. General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player") and okbazee ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform, including registration, account management, deposits, wagering, bonus participation, withdrawals, and all customer support interactions. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previously published versions.
By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact okbazee support to close your account.
okbazee reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute. This document should be read alongside the okbazee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

02. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on okbazee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
- You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by okbazee or any equivalent responsible gaming programme.
- You have not previously had an Account permanently closed by okbazee for breach of these Terms.
- You are acting solely on your own behalf, using your own payment methods and funds.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. okbazee reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate; a utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address; and a photograph of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by okbazee support may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on okbazee. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, with potential forfeiture of balances found to be derived from multi-accounting activity.
03. Account Registration & Security
To register an Account on okbazee, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your legal full name, a valid email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, and a secure password of your choosing. All information provided at registration must be current, complete, and accurate.
Account Accuracy. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your Account information throughout the life of your Account. If any registered detail changes — including your mobile number or email address — you must update it promptly through the account settings or by contacting support at support@okbazee. okbazee accepts no liability for failed communications or withheld withdrawals caused by outdated account information provided by the Player.
Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. okbazee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent okbazee should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
Unauthorised Account Access. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify okbazee support immediately via live chat so that protective measures — including a temporary account freeze — can be applied without delay. okbazee accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to safeguard their own login credentials.
Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested. If an Account has been inactive (no login or financial transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, okbazee may classify it as a dormant account. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee deducted from the remaining Account Balance, as specified in the Platform's dormant account policy published separately in the FAQ section.
04. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on okbazee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Account Balance instantly upon successful processing.
- okbazee does not charge players a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which okbazee bears no responsibility.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an automatic account review.
- Deposits must come from sources that are legitimate and lawful. okbazee reserves the right to investigate the origin of deposited funds and to apply enhanced due diligence where necessary.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, subject to the same-method withdrawal policy.
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed in under five (5) minutes on average once approved. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take one (1) to five (5) business days.
- okbazee does not impose withdrawal processing fees on the player side. Fees charged by payment service providers are outside the Platform's control.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to standard KYC checks. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays until documentation is provided.
- okbazee reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 before releasing funds.
05. Bonuses & Promotions
okbazee offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms applicable to each offer — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet restriction during active wagering, and expiry period — are published on the individual promotion's page at the time the offer is made available.
Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by okbazee are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in eligible wagers must be completed before withdrawal is permitted).
Eligible Games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be entirely excluded from certain promotions.
Maximum Bet During Active Bonus. While bonus funds are active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Placing bets exceeding the maximum during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
Bonus Eligibility Rules
- One active bonus per Account at any time.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period.
- Players may opt out of a bonus at any time by contacting support, subject to forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived balance.
- Max bet restriction of ৳500 applies during active bonus play unless otherwise stated.
- okbazee reserves the right to retract any bonus found to have been obtained through fraudulent or abusive means.
06. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered Player on okbazee, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial credentials without their explicit consent.
- Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or display malfunctions — any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any deposit made to the Platform through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through okbazee support.
- Using the Platform's live chat, email, or any other support channel to harass, threaten, or abuse okbazee staff or other players.
- Sharing, publishing, or publicly disclosing any non-public information about the Platform's systems, odds-setting methodology, or internal processes.
- Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
okbazee reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the Account and any associated funds may be temporarily frozen. Where a breach is confirmed, the consequences may include immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance derived from prohibited activity, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required.
07. Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
Any Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting okbazee support via live chat or email at support@okbazee. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, the Platform will process any pending withdrawals of the remaining Account Balance to the Player's registered payment method before closing the Account. The closure process is typically completed within three (3) business days.
Players who are closing their Account for responsible gaming reasons — that is, because they feel their gambling has become problematic — are strongly encouraged to request a self-exclusion order rather than a standard closure, so that additional protective measures can be applied to prevent re-registration. Suspension & Forced Closure
okbazee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is under 18 years of age; (d) the Account has been flagged as part of a multi-accounting pattern; or (e) the continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to the Platform.
Where an Account is closed by okbazee due to a confirmed breach, the Platform reserves the right to retain any Account Balance to the extent required to cover losses, costs, or liabilities caused by the breach. In all other cases of Platform-initiated closure, the legitimate Account Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
08. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okbazee makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, the Platform cannot guarantee that access will be continuous, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability.
No Warranty on Outcomes. okbazee makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the Platform. All games involve an inherent element of chance, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes. Players accept that they may lose all funds wagered.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbazee shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — even if okbazee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability Cap. In any event, the total cumulative liability of okbazee to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game content provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt. okbazee accepts no liability for any technical failure, game error, or data loss caused by a third-party game provider's systems. Any dispute relating to the outcome of a third-party game should be raised with okbazee support in the first instance, and the Platform will liaise with the relevant provider on the Player's behalf.
Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law as applied in matters of this nature, with disputes resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process in the first instance. Players are encouraged to contact support at support@okbazee before escalating any dispute.
